PAPPUS

PAPPUS, an app that brings together major airline, lodging, cruise and rental car companies’ rewards programs with comparative booking technologies is the first project I took on as part of my UX/UI journey.

This was an entirely solo project during which I crafted a proto-persona and an interview plan, then executed on the interview plan. Next, I used affinity diagrams and empathy maps to filter the data collected and to create my user persona and to draft a hypothetical problem statement.

From there I created a story board and a user journey map, as well as a competitive analysis. All of which lead me to drawing out a user flow and paper sketches for the app. After which I created lo-fi wife frames, conducted guerilla testing and then proceeded to create a Figma based high fidelity prototype.
